FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
Centrafin Introduces Cindy the Mulberry Sloth as New Mascot
May 20, 2024 – [Johannesburg, Gauteng] – Centrafin, a principal asset finance company renowned for its rapid, reliable, and responsive service, is excited to unveil Cindy the Mulberry Sloth as our new company mascot. In an unexpected and humorous twist, Cindy the Sloth represents the delightful irony at the heart of Centrafin’s commitment to speed and efficiency.

At first glance, a sloth might seem an unusual choice for a company that prides itself on quick and dependable service. However, Cindy the Mulberry Sloth brings a refreshing contrast and a touch of humour to our brand. Her relaxed demeanour and deliberate pace stand in playful juxtaposition to Centrafin’s core values, highlighting our ability to balance thorough, thoughtful decision-making with swift, efficient service.

“We are thrilled to welcome Cindy as the new mascot of Centrafin,” said Jenny Gill, Managing Director of Centrafin. “Her presence brings a unique and memorable element to our brand, emphasizing the contrast between the careful consideration we put into our financial solutions and the rapid, responsive service our clients expect.” Cindy will be featured prominently in our marketing materials, social media campaigns, and client communications.

She will also play a key role in our community engagement initiatives, bringing a smile to our clients’ faces and reminding them of Centrafin’s dedication to both excellence and enjoyment in finance.
“We believe Cindy’s charm and humour will help us connect with our clients on a more personal level,” added Martin Scheepers, Sales Director of Centrafin. “While we are fast and efficient in our service, Cindy reminds us—and our clients—that good humour and a thoughtful approach are just as important in achieving success.”

To celebrate Cindy’s introduction, Centrafin will launch a series of engaging content where Cindy shares tips and insights into asset finance, blending education with entertainment. Our goal is to make finance approachable and enjoyable, underscoring our commitment to a superior client experience.

Join us in welcoming Cindy the Mulberry Sloth to the Centrafin family. Follow us on social media to keep up with Cindy’s adventures and learn more about how Centrafin can assist you by offering asset finance solutions, catered to your business needs.
